Refund Policy

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer exchange or refund simply for change of mind. Therefore please choose carefully when purchasing. Please also keep in mind that all of our products are handmade by artisans. Each one of them is unique, which means they may not be identical. We always endevour to show the product as true in colour and design as possible, however sometimes photography cannot guarantee this. If you would like more information about a particular product, please feel free to email us at hanejapanesebq@gmail.com and we can provide additional photos to show the product in even more detail. 

In the unlikely event that you receive any broken or damaged items, please take a clear photo and email it to hanejapanesebq@gmail.com. We will promptly contact you to organise a replacement. All claims for damaged orders must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
